MediaTravel Technologies Limited, Hyderabad provides full Call center operation and back office operations. Established in 2003, Mediatraveltechnologies is one of the UK,s leading independent travel agent specializing in holidays to destinations including Egypt, Mainland Spain, the Balearics, the Canaries, Portugal, Tunisia, Malta and the Greek Islands, departing from more than 15 UK airports.
We presently have around 150+ employees working with us and we are now planning to grow three times bigger in next couple of months. To help us in our expansion plans we are looking at young professionals to join us. ZEN3 Infosolutions (INDIA) Ltd, Hyderabad, India is subsidiaries of UK based travel group UKTS Group Plc. UKTS Group Plc is a mid sized travel agency with over £ 60 Million turnover and operating various brands such as: www.uktravelshop.co.uk ,www.mediatravel.co.uk, www.globetravel.co.uk and ABC Beds Limited. Our main strength is in providing Mediterranean holiday packages and we cater to the British market. Over the past 7 years we have sold holidays to over 10,00,000 passengers. This role is one of our sister concerns called Euro Rooms Provider Limited (ERPL)
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification Fresh Graduates and Experienced.
Candidate with calling experience in an international call centre is preferable.
Good energy levels and aggression towards sales
Should be able to take challenges and give the best of best at workplace
Should be flexible in working shifts
Should be able to handle inbound international calls.
Should have good convincing ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Strong positive attitude and good listening skills are mandatory.
Interpersonal and Analytical skills required.
Fresher with exceptional communication skills can also apply.
