Try and friendly with everyone. Care also for an extra effort in finding what your profile entails. Be curious and open-minded spirit. Read about the company and its history. It is good to the curious but make sure you intelligent questions. You wouldn't look like a fool by asking questions, but they should say that your desire to learn and not as stupidity. In fresher jobs, would your seniors know this and expect from you.
From the first day itself, a professional picture of yours to make. That does not mean that you are not to make friends at work but focused and professional in your approach to things remain. Work to make friends and not act and sound casual with things and the responsibilities that you are not in danger.
